Description:
In the ERW32-50 welded pipe production line, the coil is first unrolled in the strip preparation section, and the head and tail of the coil are butt welded. It is then fed into the looper and the strip is pulled from the looper and passed through the unit at a constant speed. The strip is formed into an open tube in the forming unit. Then, it is welded into a straight seam welded pipe by solid high frequency to eliminate water chill after external burr, and the round pipe is sized and shaped in a sizing machine. The sizing steel pipe is straightened in the Turkish head and then sawn to the required length with a flying saw. After the steel pipe is sawed to a fixed length, it is quickly transported away from the flying saw by the output roller and pushed onto the gantry for inspection. This production line meets the production process requirements of round tubes. PrecautionsWhen the crane is hanging steel coils, the strip must be close to the baffle. When adjusting the brakes, it should not be too loose. When it is too loose, it does not have a braking effect, and it should not be too tight. Too tight on the brakes will cause great wear. At the same time, the rotating parts need to be checked frequently for jamming and regular lubrication.。
